Dr. Neelam Andrade is Professor and Head of Dept of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Nair Hospital Dental College Mumbai, India. She has 30 years of teaching experience and 35 publications in International and National Journals.
She has been a pioneer in the field of distraction osteogenesis in India and has carried out extensive work in orthognathic surgery, temporomandibular joint surgery, oral submucous fibrosis and oral pathology in which she has many landmark articles.
In 2012-13, she was the President of the Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons of India [AOMSI] and is currently the Hon General Secretary of the Maharashtra State Chapter of AOMSI, India.
She has been the recipient of the International Denasia award for the 'The Best Oral Surgeon' in 2016 and the 'Humanity Services Award' in 2014. His clinical and scientific interests are facial asymmetry, orthognathic surgery and orbito-craniofacial surgery and reconstruction, including computer assisted planning and navigational surgery. Dr. Bell specializes in the surgical management of head and neck cancer and craniomaxillofacial deformity. He is currently Medical Director of the Providence Oral, Head and Neck Cancer Program and Clinic at the Providence Cancer Center, and an investigator in the Earle A. Chiles Research Institute; Affiliate Professor at Oregon Health and Science University, and is a consultant at the Head and Neck Institute in Portland, Oregon.
Dr. Bell's research interests are focused on developing technologically advanced methods of improving treatment outcomes for patients diagnosed with head and neck cancer. His current works focuses on a collaboration with translational immunologists at the Earle A. Chiles Research Institute at Providence Cancer Center to characterize the tumor microenvironment in head and neck cancer, and to develop and bring to clinical trial innovative treatment strategies to stimulate human immune response to fight cancer.
He has been the principal investigator or co-investigator for numerous grants and clinical trials. These efforts have resulted in the publication of more than 80 manuscripts, 60 abstracts, 22 book chapters, and 2 textbooks. In addition, Dr. Bell has given more than 200 invited international, national and regional lectures.
Among his many honors, he is a recipient of the William F. Harrigan Award for major contributions to surgery.

In 2009 Dr. Rana completed his final year of my oral and maxillofacial qualification program as a dual qualified MD and DMD at Hannover Medical School. After obtaining his specialist qualification he was responsible for at least one operating room in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Hannover. He has continued to work in this department to this day, becoming a senior consultant and associate professor. In 2014 he was given the full-time position of vice director of the department of facial reconstructive surgery.

Furthermore, he is in charge of several clinics at our department including for craniosynostoses, orthognathic surgery, orbital and congenital deformities. Since the beginning of the year he has been performing more cases with surgery first and splintless surgery. In addition to clinical workload, he is also a lecturer and the research coordinator in our department.
His main research focus is on computer-assisted planning and surgery to push forward medical technology to enhance patient care. In this area, he has worked closely with several industry partners on different projects to develop novel and state-of-the-art patient specific implants, which enable near true to original reconstruction of affected facial structures. In recognition of his research on “Development of laser sintered patient specific orbital implant solutions” he received the Hans-Joachim-Denecke-Prize of “Gesellschaft für Schädelbasischirurgie”(GSB). As the future development of computer-assisted technologies is very important to him, he set up an in house solution workflow with a forced feedback haptic device together with his research team and engineers within several projects funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), the AO Foundation and various others. He has developed and published several algorithms for computer-assisted preoperative planning and intraoperative navigation.
Also, he is also a member of the European Faculty Education Program (AOCMF). Professor Wolff (b. 1959) researches in the area of plastic reconstructive facial surgery. The aim of his research work is to improve the microsurgical transfer of tissue through a better understanding of the construction, physiology and healing of tissue transplants. His main focus is on the development of an extracorporal oxygenation and perfusion system and the clinical establishment of perforator flaps to replace soft tissue.
After studying medicine and dentistry at FU Berlin, Professor Wolff completed his PhD in both subjects in 1987 and acquired his postdoctoral teaching qualification (habilitation) in 1994. Subsequently he was appointed adjunct professor at FU Berlin in 1999. This was followed by a position at Ruhr University Bochum where he held the Chair of Oral Surgery and Plastic Facial Surgery from 2000 to 2007 and the post of medical director from 2004 to 2007.
