Block bookings have been made by the Conference Travel Agency (Swire Travel Limited) with a variety of high quality and reputable hotels that are available for participants of ICOM 2017. Accommodation on offer ranges from 5-star luxury hotels to budget hotels. Most of them are within walking distance from the conference venue or easily accessible by public transport. The rates on offer are only available for bookings made through the Conference Travel Agency.

Terms and Conditions

Amendments/ Cancellation / No-show

1. To secure your reservation, hotels will require an advance payment of one night's non-refundable deposit room rate upon reservation
2. The remaining balance must be settled on or before 01 March 2017. For participants making hotel reservation and paying by credit card, the remaining balance payments will be charged automatically on the same credit card that you provided upon reservation. Please note that the hotel remaining balance will not be charged until the due date.
3. Amendments to the reservation must be made by email to Swire Travel Ltd by 28 February 2017.
4. Full cancellation penalty would be applied for cancellation made or shorten of staying period by 01 March 2017.
5. No show is considered as cancellation according to the hotels' cancellation policy, and all payments made will be forfeited.

Check-in and Check-out

1. Official check-in time: 14:00
   Official check-out time: 12:00
2. Early check-in: If you need to check-in before the official time, please book the room from the night before and the room rate for that night will be charged.
3. Late check-out:
   Day use till 18:00: 50% of that night's room rate will be charged.
   Check-out after 18:00: 100% of that night's room rate will be charged.

   • No refund for any no-show on the date of transfer
